hi there just a slight tip you might want to use the option to force the viewers to see the pics at 6x4 as it saves you room on the web page and the pics are slightly smaller and also turn the full size option off to stop people taking the pics without your concent

Its a shame L308 has been chopped up I seen the remains at PVS Barnsley. What a waste for such a clean bus.!! Least L305 & L307 Live on ..... They are the ones that got saved from the blow torch at Barnsley ......

A great shot of a great engine.Also the "Iconic" Bristol Bath Road Depot,what a shame this once superb location is now but a memory.The Locomotive "Isambard Kingdom Brunel" was a Western Region favourite and pet engine for years.I always did like the Brush4 Namers as we hardly ever saw them up our way.I was once hauled from Derby to Hartlepool by 47-080 Titan which we considered a "real" result. Seeing a elusive Canton engine that far North was great.Thanks for your brilliant Web-Site.

Thanks Ged for your kind words. I used to live in Nottingham. Yes it was quite nice to see a orignal named class 47 turn up at Derby. Thought it was the longest name plate on a loco. Till i seen 47 079 George Jackson Churchwood name plate on 079 at cardiff in late 70's. Pitty it was later shortend to G J Churchwood.

they sure as hell dont make buses like these any more built to last and with stand a crash bump or scrape not like the buses of today one bump and its off the road for weeks at a time being fixed with being made on the cheap bring back the atlanteans or at least the atlantean style bumper hit by one of them and you knew about it.. Kirstie how come you haven't got a description of who u are and your on the front page or what the site mainly contains as it can be rather interesting to read aswell at look through old memories again of when things where built to last and buses/trains where buses/trains.. cheers Dave Mabbott www.dave-mabbott.fotopic.net

Whast a beast of a devil bus but was lucky in the last majhor fire back in feburary time when the RUDDING TRANSPORT HERRITAGE said goodbye to some historic vehicles due to vandals breaking in on to the site and starting a fire on one of the buses and spreading across two others and buckling the shutter doors only making 666 suffering from a ferw buckl;ed pannels and blacjend chared windows so really just minor cuts and bruzes and smoke inhalation (FEW) can be seen on dispaly back in business atthe ruddington herritage centre its home for many years!!!!

Nice Pic Kirstie but a we bit on the huge size may want to look at forcing the viewers to 6*4 prints but all in all not bad pic of the enviro 200 if you get a momnet why not take a look at www.dave-mabbott.fotopic.net as getting some interesting pictures on the recently one being a volvo b7tl belonging to global bands of clay cross AkA Vodka Kick..
